Remember my Saturday night..freshening up the house fall?
I am so sore. I knew I fell hard...but Geesh! I'm really hurting in my lower back and left leg. What's up with the pain in my neck and shoulders? The pain is pretty bad at this moment..I'm waiting for the Advil to kick in.
Ugh.

A couple of years ago, I was sitting in a chair that broke (how is that for an ego booster). It hurt enough at the time but I had several days of really uncomfortable soreness and stiffness all over. When we were little, we must have been made our of rubber. We could fall out of a tree and never know the difference. Hope you feel better very soon!
