Kids cant start driving over here until they are 17....... my Sam had driving lessons ($800 worth) for his 17th birthday.... he passed his 2 1 hour theory tests and his hours driving test.... hence I bought him a car for his 18th :)
Maybe its cos Im British, but I just cant imagine a kid of 15 being allowed to drive..... holy cow....... good luck with that....
