I just realized...

I have been writing a lot about my son lately and not my daughter.

My daughter has to be one of the funniest people I know. She is also very sensitive to the emotions of others-she has a strong sense of discernment.

At the same time, she doesn't take a whole lot off of anyone. She is real confident in who she is. And like her mother feels things strongly.

She is going to a birthday/slumber/spa party tonight. Her best friend is turning 13. They have been friends since they were 3 and 4 years old. They compliment each other beautifully.

But as I wrote a few days ago...she is very 13! And there are times when I question if both of us will make it to 14!
